To coordinate with Chinese Cultural Renaissance Campaign as well as protection of domestic animals, another painting series reproducing the "Ten Prized Dogs" paintings by Lang Shih-ning were issued on November 16, 1971 in two installments. Each dog was given a name according to its form and color. The first five of which are  "White Frost Hawk,"

"Star Glancing Wolf," "Golden Winged Face," "Black Young Dragon" and "Gray Young Dragon."

為配合推行復興中華文化運動及促進國人愛護家畜，特續選故宮博物院珍藏之清院郎世寧所繪十駿犬古畫為圖案，籌印十駿犬古畫郵票，此項郵票共計十枚，分兩輯發行，每輯五枚，計分一元、二元、二元五角、五元及八元五種面值，此次發行之五枚分別以雙花鷄、星狼、金翅、墨玉、蒼水等五駿犬為主題，訂於本年十一月十六日發行。
